Huge sculpted foam guitar

image-resource-guitar2

This 20 ft long 3d guitar was built to suspend from the ceiling in a bar.  The strings are steel cables tightened

with turnbuckles.  Lots of details!  It weighs less than 200 lbs.  EPS foam is the best material for large scale

props, 3d signs & sculptures.   Id like to thank the client for driving from Kansas to pick up this giant guitar!

3 dimensional sign for yogurt franchise

blizz-done

This sculpted foam display with polyurethane hard coat was built for

Blizz Yogurt.  Specifically  the Las Vegas Mirage Hotel location.

It was built to appear full 3d but its only 11 inches deep so it does

not take up valuable retail space.  Built in 2 sections for easy shipping.

Durable, light, eye catching & affordable!

Roobar – Denver bar needs a big 3d sign!

roobar-done-1

Roobar in Denver Colorado had us build this 3d sign sculpture to help

get them noticed and draw people in!  Sculpted eps foam with urethane

hard coat construction.  Light weight, durable and affordable!  Thank you

to Gordon Signs for the install.  We often take a 2 dimensional reference

and sculpt foam to match the customers logo or product.

3 dimensional sculpted foam prop for Colorado chai company’s Smart car rolling ad!

chaibecca

Kemosabe Tea Company in Denver, Colorado commissioned this slick car top prop!

The car is now being wrapped with graphics and once complete will hard to ignore.

The ambiguity of a Smart car with a big red teapot gets noticed as well.

This eps foam prop is hand coated with fiberglass and mounts through the

polycarbonate sun roof.  The 3d sign gets a chuckle or at least a head scratch

when seen!  Ill post finished photos in the future.

These polyurethane coated props will grab attention!!!   Thanks to my contact

FUN FUN FUN!  These 8 ft and 6 ft 3 dimensional signs were for

Hyland Hills Water World in Colorado.  They are not finished in

3 dimensional foam mascot for retail display

im000169

We can and often just work off a 2 dimensional image.  Sculpted foam.Polyurethane hard coat,

on shot sign enamel.   This is the removable head of a kids manikin that is a 3d recreation of the

scuba company children's mascot.   This retail display is durable enough to take some abuse

and lighter than the original manikin head!

3d Sign for Gordon Sign for Great Western Bank

gwb-not-installed

Sometimes the size of a 3d sign has little to do with the amount

of work it takes to complete.  Gordon Sign in Denver Colorado

hired me to make this complex blade sign.  High Density Urethane,

EPS foam with fiberglass-bondo hardcoat, Lord adhesive, PPG paint…

Once they install this 35 lb. durable sign Ill post the pics!!!!

Thanks to Chris for the routed lettering.

foam sculpture model of 20″ tall sparkplug

Add an Imagesparkplug-finished

This is one of the smallest and coolest things Ive built.

The 3 dimensional spark plug display is made up of many different materials.

I used a soup can for the cylinder to wrap the threads around

The lower half is wood, the threads are bondo, the bottom steel,

the upper white section is eps foam with bondo hardcoat,  the top black

section is high density urethane foam. Epoxy, Gorilla Glue, Elmers

wood glue. The list goes on!

Red7e commisioned me to make this award for a guest speaker.
