FUN FUN FUN! These 8 ft and 6 ft 3 dimensional signs were for
Hyland Hills Water World in Colorado. They are not finished in
the picture but you get the idea. The sculpted foam prop type
signs are one of my favorite styles of displays. Unique &
impactful!!!!

We can and often just work off a 2 dimensional image. Sculpted foam.Polyurethane hard coat,
on shot sign enamel. This is the removable head of a kids manikin that is a 3d recreation of the
scuba company children's mascot. This retail display is durable enough to take some abuse
and lighter than the original manikin head!

Sometimes the size of a 3d sign has little to do with the amount
of work it takes to complete. Gordon Sign in Denver Colorado
hired me to make this complex blade sign. High Density Urethane,
EPS foam with fiberglass-bondo hardcoat, Lord adhesive, PPG paint…
Once they install this 35 lb. durable sign Ill post the pics!!!!
Thanks to Chris for the routed lettering.

This is one of the smallest and coolest things Ive built.
The 3 dimensional spark plug display is made up of many different materials.
I used a soup can for the cylinder to wrap the threads around
The lower half is wood, the threads are bondo, the bottom steel,
the upper white section is eps foam with bondo hardcoat, the top black
section is high density urethane foam. Epoxy, Gorilla Glue, Elmers
wood glue. The list goes on!
Red7e commisioned me to make this award for a guest speaker.

Here's one of our smaller foam prop sculptures at work! Aircannons Inc. makes quality t shirt launches
that we disguise as Lowes products. unique PROMOTION!!! We use all types of materials. Foam,
fiberglass mesh, epoxy resin, polyurea spray hard coat, sign enamel, automotive paint…. Whatever it
takes to get it right. Lightweight but durable. The prop in the photo is one of many for Jake at
Aircannons Inc. It sees alot of use all over the USA.

These are 2 of the recent foam sculptures we made for Air Cannons Inc. They give us an aluminum barrel and
we give them back a cool marketing tool for their customer! These are light weight and tough. The impact
wrench is for their client Lowes. The guitar has wire strings and lots of other details. The next step is Jake
puts the gun part on the barrel base and they are ready to shoot shirts and other promotional items into
crowds of fans! They are a consistent customer and these are the smaller props we make.

These 6 foam sculptures are 3 ft long Gillette Fusion replicas.
They are for Aircannons Inc.‘s customer Gillette. If you look closely
at the red box in the top photo you can see the actual razor.
The props are very detailed and accurate in their dimensions.
These will appearing at the SuperBowl or the Daytona 500.
Who knows?
